Developing Countries and the Crisis
Abstract
I think that the present crisis presents us with a situation which possesses this sort of perplexity, certainly in relation to the developing countries. Some developing countries have in a sense had a good crisis. They are the ones that have, at least for the moment, shown themselves to be relatively unscathed by the crisis. Other developing countries have been quite badly hit. One illustrative comparison is between Brazil and Mexico.
